Return and Exchange Policy
1. General Terms
1.1. Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of purchase.
1.2. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, and accompanied by the cash register receipt.
2. Eligible Items for Return
2.1. All non-food items are eligible for return, with the exceptions listed below.
3. Non-Returnable Items
3.1 According to Armenian law (Decision N 77 of 2002) and the company's internal regulations, the following items are not accepted for return or exchange:
3.2 Items for the prevention and treatment of diseases at home (sanitary and hygiene products made of metal, rubber, textiles, and other materials; medical instruments, devices, and equipment; oral hygiene products; vision lenses; baby care items), and medications.
3.3 Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, combs, hair clips, curlers, wigs, hairpieces, etc.).
3.4 Perfumery and cosmetic products, with the exception of perfume.
3.5 Cotton, linen, silk, wool, and synthetic fabrics; items made from non-woven materials (ribbons, braid, lace, etc.); cable products (wires, cords, cables, etc.); construction and finishing materials (linoleum, film, carpet coverings, etc.), and other items sold by length.
3.6 Knitwear and hosiery.
4. Exchange Process
4.1 Items purchased in-store can only be exchanged at the same store.
4.2 Items purchased online can only be exchanged at the address: Azatutyan Ave., 26/8, Yerevan.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refunds are processed using the original payment method (to the card if paid by card, or in cash if paid with cash).
5.2 Refunds to bank cards may take up to 5 business days.
