Return and Exchange Policy

1. General Terms

1.1. Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of purchase.

1.2. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, and accompanied by the cash register receipt.

2. Eligible Items for Return

2.1. All non-food items are eligible for return, with the exceptions listed below.

3. Non-Returnable Items

3.1 According to Armenian law (Decision N 77 of 2002) and the company's internal regulations, the following items are not accepted for return or exchange:

3.2 Items for the prevention and treatment of diseases at home (sanitary and hygiene products made of metal, rubber, textiles, and other materials; medical instruments, devices, and equipment; oral hygiene products; vision lenses; baby care items), and medications.

3.3 Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, combs, hair clips, curlers, wigs, hairpieces, etc.).

3.4 Perfumery and cosmetic products, with the exception of perfume.

3.5 Cotton, linen, silk, wool, and synthetic fabrics; items made from non-woven materials (ribbons, braid, lace, etc.); cable products (wires, cords, cables, etc.); construction and finishing materials (linoleum, film, carpet coverings, etc.), and other items sold by length.

3.6 Knitwear and hosiery.

4. Exchange Process

4.1 Items purchased in-store can only be exchanged at the same store.

4.2 Items purchased online can only be exchanged at the address: Azatutyan Ave., 26/8, Yerevan.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refunds are processed using the original payment method (to the card if paid by card, or in cash if paid with cash).

5.2 Refunds to bank cards may take up to 5 business days.

 

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter - the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that diabet.am (hereinafter referred to as the Website) may obtain about the Website User, his use of the Website, its software and its products.

1. Definition of Terms

1.1. "Personal data" - any information that directly or indirectly relates to a specific or determinable natural person (subject of personal data).

1.2. "Processing of personal data" means any operation (operations) or a set of operations performed with or without the use of such personal data tools, including collection, registration, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing); extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.4. "Website User" - a person who accesses the Website via the Internet and uses the Website, information, materials and products.

1.5. "Product" - a product that the User orders on the site, pays for it through payment systems or in person.

2. General Provisions

2.1. The User's use of the Website means consent to the Privacy Policy and the processing of personal information of users.

2.2. If you do not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Site.

2.3. Personal information that is permitted to be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out a form on the Website and includes the following information:

2.3.2. User's contact phone number;

2.3.3. User's email address (e-mail);

2.3.4. User's registration address (in case of purchase of goods);

2.3.5. Product delivery address (in case of purchase of goods);

3. Purpose of collecting user's personal data.

3.1. The owner has the right to use the personal data of the user for the following purposes:

3.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the site: further authorization, order registration and other actions.

3.1.2. Providing access to personalized site data.

3.1.3. Establish feedback from the User, including sending notifications, requests for the use of the site, the provision of services, and User requests and applications.

4. Methods and terms of processing personal information.

5. Responsibility of the Parties

5.1. In case of non-fulfillment of its obligations, the Site is responsible for the actual damage related to the illegal use of personal data by the User, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

6. Additional conditions

6.1. The site owner reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

6.2. The Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is published on the Website.

 

Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Times 

1.1 Orders are processed within 2 business days. For large volumes of orders, delivery may be delayed for a few days. If the delivery of your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email or phone.

2. Payment methods 

2.1 After online or cash payment (according to the selected method), the order is immediately transferred to processing. If there are problems with online payment, you can contact us at the short number 8200 or at info@diabet.am.

3. Delivery Zone 

3.1 Delivery is carried out in the city of Yerevan.
